 (1). Choose the room?

To see is to believe. Welcome to visit our Hostel.

 (2). The ways for reservation?

Reservation through website, message (mobile phone), MSN, telephone & email; On-line reservation is recommended.

 (3). Is it possible to check in without prior earnest money?

Usually we accept the oral reservation for the convenience of customers; As per the principle, without the prior earnest money, we will try our best to keep and not promise the reservation. We suggest you to pay the earnest money on holidays, at weekends or in other special period so as not to affect your checking in.

How to pay the depoist?

There are two ways to pay the depoist.

1.Western Union

You can arrange payment to us through Western Union's Agent in your area with Cash.
You can also pay by your Credit Card on line at Western Union's web site at: http://www.westernunion.com

4. Is it 100% room available for customer that has paid the earnest money?

After making the earnest money, we make sure to keep your reservation.

5. Is the map on the website photographed at the site?

The picture is photographed at the hotel site without any modification. We will not use false picture to cheat our customers.

6. How can I get the bonus mark?

You can get the bonus mark through reservation on line.

Check in:

1. How can I get to the apartment for the first time?

Inform us your transportation way (by air or train) and the arrival time one day prior. We will design the best route, waiting site, road marks to the hotel that you want to check in. Needing picking up by car, we can provide the service through the third-party, however you should be responsible for the charge occured.

2. How to make payment when checking in?

When checking in, please pay all the room fee and deposit. If you have paid the earnest money, we will deduct them from the room fee. Making payment when checking out is not accepted. The deposit is from RMB 100 – 500. If you can not check in without notice or cancel the reservation due to your own reason, the earnest money can not be sent back. If you postpone the check-in date over 1 day, we will not keep the reservation for you, however we will preferentially arrange your room as per the situation.

3、Do I need certificate when checking in?

Make sure to take your ID card. In order to cooperate with the police office, we need to make registration based on your ID card. We can not accept the customers that have no valid ID card or refuse to pay the deposit.

4. How to go in and out the apartment?

We provide the hall door card and room key to you (please keep with your attention. Compensation is needed for the items lost).

5. How to reduce the disturbance?

After finishing the check-in procedure, we will not knock your door or enter into your room; In case of special situation, please contact us in advance. We will clean the house upon your request.

Service:

1. Is the service provided by 5th youth Hostel the same with that of hotels?

5th youth Apartment provides the self-help short-term living service. We provide limited clean service during your living. The principle of “Get ample food and clothing through self-reliance” is advocated.

2. What are the services provided?

Free full package of bedding (bedsheet, quilt, pillow, big pillow), standard hotel washing products, bath lotion, comb, toilet paper, slipper, towel；self-help heating pot, water-cup；magazine (just for reading in the apartment, please do not tale them out)；basic cookers.

3.  What are the services that customers can enjoy?

Information consultation, order the train & air tickets for customers, receive or send fax, package & washing.

4. How to use the kitchen?

5th youth Apartment provides the basic cookers, excluding the oil, salt and other flavoring s. We do not mind you use the flavorings left by the previous customers, however as per the principle, we suggest you to buy the new items.

5. How to use the washing machine?

Use the washing machine free. We can instruct you how to use the machine.

6. How to open the TV?

Digital TV has been established in Guangzhou. Please change the TV into video status, then use the remote control for Set Top Box to choose the program.

7. How to pay attention to safety?

Make use of all the home appliances and electrical outlet safely; lock the door and window before sleeping and leaving; do not left the valuable items in the room when going out; do not lose your door card and key.

Check out:

1. How to check out?

Give us notice one day prior. Pack up your luggage and keys before the promised time. After counting all the devices in the room, we will return all your deposit if there is no damage. During living, we are responsible for the maintenance of natural damage of devices; If it is the man-made damage, the customer should make compensation.

2. Check out time?

The standard check out time is 12：00. From 12：00 to 18：00, RMB10 per hour will be charged for overtime. After 18：00, 100% room fee will be charged.

3. How to check out in advance?

For checking out in advance, we have the right not to return the remaining room fee. For emergency, please contact us as soon as possible!

Others

1. Is it safe in the apartment?

The building our apartment located belongs to top grade community. Close management, 24-hour guard, closed-circuit television & door speaking system are all adopted.

2. What about the transportation?

The transportation around the apartment is very convenient. 3 minutes to the subway gate by walking; 3 minutes to the bus station by walking.

3. What about the sanitation in 5th youth Apartment?
Before your arrival, we will change all the beddings; clean and disinfect the kitchen & washing room; clean the room. The sanitation standards are equivalent to the requirements of 3-star hotel.

4. What about the around environment?

The apartment is near the prosperous business zoon of Guangzhou. There are supermarkets, computer Sales Street, universities around the apartment. It is a best place to enjoy the excellence of Guangzhou.

5. What is the customer base that “5th youth Hostel” is confronting?

The free, unceremonious, clever and fashionable youth including businessman or travelers are the customer base for us.

About 5th Youth Club

 1. How to be a 5th youth Club member?

   a. Application through website: click on “Member Login” – “Free Registration” on the right of home page;

b. Application at our reception desk: ask our staff to help you finish the registration.

 (2). How to get the bonus mark?

a. Reservation mark: Check in 5th youth Hostel as per the member price, get one bonus mark for RMB1 expense.

b. Recommendation mark: Recommending your friend to register as member of 5th youth Hostel and checking in successfully, then both of you can get 100 bonus marks at one time.

c. Promotion mark: Promote our apartment through various of ways; release your living impression on our website; give out your rationalization proposals through telephone, email, QQ etc.; you can get 25, 50, 75 or 100 marks as per your contribution.

d. Survey mark: Marking through “which way (friend, Baidu, Google, Email or others)” that you know our apartment in the remark column at registration, then you can get 50 marks.

e. Mark reduction: 100 marks will be reduced at one time when canceling the reservation without prior notice to our apartment.

f. Only the reservation through website can get the marks. The reservation through telephone, QQ & message can not enjoy the marks of this reservation.

g. The bonus marks will not be calculated for the customers that have enjoy the special preference.

h. Old member mark: For the customer that once checked in our apartment in 2007 and make registration again, then they can get 200 special marks.

i. 5th Youth has the final explanation power for the above terms.

 (3). How to use your bonus mark?

1000 marks can enjoy one hour postponement for checking out (three hours at most)

1500 marks can enjoy one night update to deluxe room (just need to pay the price of superior apartment)

3000 marks can enjoy one night update to deluxe suite or one free night in superior apartment. 

4000 marks can enjoy one free night in deluxe apartment.

5000 marks can enjoy one free night at deluxe suite.

 (4). Member Manual

 a. The customers abroad with effective ID can register to be the member of 5th youth through effective ways and enjoy the preferences as per the relevant grades and bonus marks. 

b. Free registration.

c. Marks cumulation through checking in and other ways. the more marks you have, the more preference you can enjoy!

d. The marks should be used during one-year valid period since its occurrence.

e. The bonus marks can not be cumulated and transferred between member cards.

f. 5th Youth has the final explanation power for the above terms.

 (5). About 5th Youth Club

   5th youth Club is the member club of “5th youth Hostel Guangzhou”. You can register to be the member of 5th youth Club to enjoy the active and sincere service if you recognize our principle of “Economical, Clean, Comfortable, Convenience and Self-help”.
